1. Intellectual Property: The names, images and
logos identifying the Carbon Reduction Institute products and services
are subject to copyright and design rights. Nothing contained in these
terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or
otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design
right or copyright of the Carbon Reduction Institute, or any other third
party.
2. Customer Service Policy: The Carbon
Reduction Institute endeavours to best customer service possible. We
guarantee the quality of all our products and services. If for any
reason you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us and we
will attempt to contact you back within 48 business hours.
3. Returns: If you have received
damaged and/or defective items that you wish to return to us, simply
send us an email in order to obtain a return authorisation code. Please
include the following information in your email:
- Order ID
- Order date
- Your name
- Your email address
You will be advised by email of the address to which you need to
return the goods.
4. Consumer Data: Communications
to our server (including credit card numbers) are protected by a 128BIT
Certificate whenever sensitive data is being transmitted. Credit Card
information is stored encrypted and not in plain text. All customer data
remains confidential. The Carbon Reduction Institute will never give
out personal information unless approval is granted by the customer or
as required by law.
5. Transaction Currency is in
Australian Dollars.
